M. E. CIMEN received BS degrees mechatronic engineering, electrical and electronics engineering from Sakarya University, 2014 and 2015. After that he received MSc degrees electrical and electronics engineering from Sakarya University, control and automation engineering from Istanbul Technical University, 2018. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Sakarya University of Applied Sciences.
